Heading is always the first line.
A new paragraph is started by leaving a blank line.
This is a playground.
Where one can type and test.
What about preformatted
text? Any indented text
is not folded. It is displayed
in a monospace font. The first word of the
above line should be "in"
and "and" is the 1st here.
To create a link to another page in this Wiki
simply surround the page name by [[ and ]].
E.g. [[playground]] is a link to playground.
If the page to which you are linking already exists
the link will be underlined.
If the page to which you are linking does not already exist
the link is followed by a question mark.
Clicking the question mark allows you to create the new page.
Bold underline
Is this italic? ''Is this italic?''
Bullet pointed paragraphs are lines preceded by an asterisk and a space "* ".
URLs are sutomatically changed into links,
as are e-mail addresses. (Or not!)
Surrounding a word with underscores cause it
to be underlined thus. Surrounding with
asterisks embolden
like this.
What about the HTML techniques?
italics bold small
But if I escape any of the chars? \italics\<\\i>
None of that works.
And to some binaries:
* An uploaded frog ?
* Where that frog came from: http://www.funkyfrogs.de/grafik/frog.gif
* A slightly larger image test.jpg ?
* and one which should be thumbprinted t2.jpg ?
* and t4.jpg ?
What about a table? Just line up columns and it happens:
Or a table of images:
[E] | test.jpg ? |
| JPJ | a test |
| t2.jpg ? | t4.jpg ? |
| and two | of the same |
Let's try linking to another wiki e.g. playground.
